Bio
With over two decades of industry experience, Kelsey is founder and owner of Kelsey Erin Salon + Shop, which she debuted 2018 in the heart of Kirkwood, Atlanta. Since opening, Kelsey has nurtured a team of experienced stylists who are equally as passionate about their craft as they are attuned to high-quality service and comfort. 

Kelsey began her career at Jamison Shaw Hairdressers in Buckhead, where she worked alongside Candy Shaw and developed her skills as an educator in balayage and training. She went on to expand her craft internationally at the prestigious Dessange International School of Paris, and in New York City working with renowned French stylist Alessandro Mangerini. Her training includes certification in Masters of Balayage, razor cutting, Bumble and Bumble styling, and Halo Hair extensions.

As a natural leader with a big taste for adventure, she decided to build her own business in Atlanta where creativity, authenticity, and beauty could be experienced for clients and stylists alike. Kelsey Erin Salon + Shop has grown into a highly recognizable salon that prioritizes a timeless approach to style while being the present pulse of neighborhood. 

Today, Kelsey’s leadership blends artistry with heart. Outside the salon, she loves to travel, spend time in nature, and get lost in her passion for gardening. Through her GrowLove Missions project, she sells rooted plants from her collection to support community initiatives both locally and abroad.

Brooke Vanetten

    Recognized for her Sassoon-inspired cuts, long men’s styles, natural reds, and foil highlights, Brooke’s work is grounded in years of advanced training and education. She’s a former Eufora International educator, trained in Keratin Complex ambassador programs, and fluent across multiple color lines. Whether she’s creating a bold new look or refining the most delicate feature, Brooke’s goal remains consistent: to create styles that feel alive and true to each client. A vibrant source of playful energy and master of good vibes, she keeps the salon atmosphere light, fun, and down to earth.

Gwen Dillon

    Bio
    With a career that spans 25 years, Gwen blends technical excellence with a love for inspiring others. She’s a Redken Artist, a graduate of Vidal Sassoon Academy, and a certified extensions specialist, with expertise in blonding, lived-in color, pixie cuts, and gender-affirming styles. Her approach is focused on helping clients discover what’s great about their hair, and creating looks that feel authentic, easy, and effortless. Outside the salon, Gwen is usually in SW Atlanta with her dog MonaLisa or traveling with her partner. A natural teacher, Gwen’s philosophy is simple: life is hard enough — your hair shouldn’t be.

What clients love most about Raegan is her ability to blend artistry with fun — every appointment feels relaxed, approachable, and full of good energy. With an eye for detail and a love for intentional design, Raegan ensures that every look she creates is both stylish and authentic, leaving her clients confident and smiling.

    For Alley, hair color is all about uplifting transformation and expanding confidence. Starting her career in 2009 in Bergen County, NJ, Alley quickly grew her experience while working in top salons throughout New Jersey and Florida before making Atlanta her home. She specializes in color of all kinds, from subtle shifts to experimental new looks, and she loves creating styles that reflect each client’s personality. Beyond her technical skill, she has a natural talent for making people feel beautiful — inside and out — and is known for her approachable, bright energy in the salon.

    For more than a decade, Summer has built her career on bringing color, creativity, and comfort into every salon experience. An Aveda Institute Atlanta graduate, Summer continued her training with Bumble & Bumble University in New York and the American Board of Certified Haircolorists. She’s exceptionally passionate about the science of hair color — balancing formulas and techniques to achieve beautiful, healthy results. Our clients love Summer’s ability to pair technical mastery with an easygoing sensibility, turning every appointment into an experience of self care and joy. Beverley “Bea” Simmons

    Beverley has built her career on both artistry and resilience. With 38 years of experience, she’s an expert in blonding, grey coverage, blending, and color correction, as well as timeless precision cuts. Her path has included teaching for LOGICS and Redken and working behind the scenes in LA and Atlanta’s entertainment world, a professional combination which has continued to shape the next generation of stylists. Beverley’s passion for creativity is felt through the deep love she brings to her “salon family” — building connectivity, elevating each client’s uniqueness, and celebrating confidence is her mode of being while behind the chair. She’s a mother of three, an explorer through sailing and hiking, and someone who knows firsthand that every moment counts as a proud three-time cancer survivor.

Michele Tapia

    Michele brings a relaxed, upbeat energy to every appointment and loves teaching small tweaks that make a big difference at home. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her with her cats, Stormi Haze and Nimbus Reign, or out with friends — gathering fresh inspiration from the worlds of fashion, beauty, and everyday moments.

    As our salon’s receptionist, Kat is the operational heartbeat — effortlessly overseeing schedules, capturing client needs to the finest detail, and ensuring every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive. With her warm smile and cool-breeze attitude, she sets the tone for our salon and shop experience: welcoming, comfortable, and kind. Whether she’s orchestrating behind the scenes or greeting you by name, Kat makes our guests feel at home.
